Senior Operations Specialist
Bring real operational know-how to help shape our product from day one.
Must-Have:
- 3-5 years in courier/logistics operations (Aramex, Bosta, J&T Express, or similar)
- Hands-on experience in last-mile delivery operations (Cash/Return handling or dispatch is a plus)
- Comfortable working closely with product to translate real-world ops into app requirements
What You’ll Own: - Support the Product Owner with operational insight & requirements
- Bridge the gap between real-world delivery operations and the product roadmap
- Flag operational gaps or risks before they become product issues
