Job Description
-Develop and update weekly cutting plans based on Assembly Production Planning inputs and adjust schedules accordingly.
– Monitor and balance workloads across cutting machines to optimize efficiency and reduce changeover times.
– Maintain and update the CNC program database, ensuring all design and material changes are accurately reflected.
– Communicate effectively with Manufacturing Managers and Engineering teams regarding BOM or design changes at the harness level.
– Monitor cut wire stock levels in the Lead Store and adjust cutting schedules to maintain controlled WIP stock and meet production demands.
– Conduct medium- and long-term capacity analysis for the Lead-prep area quarterly to support procurement and resource planning.
– Prepare and issue daily, weekly, and monthly production reports to track KPIs and support management decision-making.
– Collaborate with training teams to support operator and team leader development on CNC program usage.
– Participate in relevant meetings to provide updates, share data, and align production plans with business needs.
