Key Responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential clients to generate new business opportunities.
- Conduct market research to understand client needs and industry trends.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals tailored to client requirements.
- Support the development of customized solutions aligned with client objectives and service offerings.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to ensure long-term engagement and satisfaction.
- Handle client inquiries, provide effective solutions, and ensure a high level of service.
- Coordinate with the Sales Manager and internal teams to align on sales strategies and share market insights.
- Support execution of sales plans and actively participate in sales meetings.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and contracts.
- Prepare periodic reports on sales performance and pipeline status.
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.
- Collect client feedback and provide insights to enhance services and improve processes.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- 3 to 6 years of experience in sales, Marketing, or a relevant role.
- Proficiency in Chinese is highly preferred and will be considered a strong advantage
- Experience in selling high-end or premium products/services
- Experience in B2B sales
- MBA is preferred.
- Fluent English proficiency is required.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Power BI is a plus
