Senior Sales Specialist At ELSEWEDY ELECTRIC

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and approach potential clients to generate new business opportunities.
  • Conduct market research to understand client needs and industry trends.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals tailored to client requirements.
  • Support the development of customized solutions aligned with client objectives and service offerings.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to ensure long-term engagement and satisfaction.
  • Handle client inquiries, provide effective solutions, and ensure a high level of service.
  • Coordinate with the Sales Manager and internal teams to align on sales strategies and share market insights.
  • Support execution of sales plans and actively participate in sales meetings.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and contracts.
  • Prepare periodic reports on sales performance and pipeline status.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.
  • Collect client feedback and provide insights to enhance services and improve processes.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • 3 to 6 years of experience in sales, Marketing, or a relevant role.
  • Proficiency in Chinese is highly preferred and will be considered a strong advantage
  • Experience in selling high-end or premium products/services
  • Experience in B2B sales
  • MBA is preferred.
  • Fluent English proficiency is required.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Power BI is a plus
