Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Production Engineer, located in Giza. The Production Engineer will oversee day-to-day production operations, implement and optimize production processes, and ensure compliance with quality control standards. The role involves planning production schedules, analyzing data for operational improvements, and coordinating with various teams to meet production goals efficiently and cost-effectively.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Production Engineering and Production Planning
- Strong Analytical Skills for problem-solving and process optimization
- Experience in Quality Control and ability to enforce standards
- Excellent Communication skills for team coordination and reporting
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field
- Previous experience in plastic packaging production is a plus
Main Job Duties:
- Coordinate production processes on a daily basis to produce high quality products.
- Develop process improvements to effectively utilize equipment and materials to maximize production.
- Provide engineering support for production and maintenance activities to ensure maximum production.
- Perform engineering analysis to reduce downtime and outages.
- Evaluate current production activities and make recommendations for improvements.
- Develop best practices to improve production capacity, quality and reliability.
- Investigate problems, analyze root causes and derive resolutions.
- 12 hours rotational based shifts.
- Giza residents preferred.
- Fresh graduate mechanical engineer, production section preferred
