Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Procurement Specialist. The Procurement Specialist will manage daily procurement processes, including preparing purchase orders, evaluating suppliers, and overseeing contract negotiations. The role involves conducting cost analysis, monitoring inventory, and ensuring timely and cost-effective acquisition of goods and services. The Procurement Specialist will work collaboratively with internal teams and vendors to uphold quality and compliance standards, while continuously seeking opportunities for improvement in purchasing strategies.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge and experience in Purchase Orders and Supplier Evaluation
- Proficiency in Contract Negotiation and Procurement processes
- Demonstrated Analytical Skills for cost analysis and decision-making
- Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external suppliers
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business, or related field (preferred)
- Experience in food and beverage industry
