Job Description
- Monitor status of orders and contracts terms & conditions.
- Responsible for the process of all products coding on Odoo.
- Managing supplier relations and negotiating prices, timelines.
- Coordinating with inventory control to determine and manage inventory needs.
- Evaluating pricing and Delivery time, then deciding which suppliers best fit Company needs.
- Analyze and compare pricing proposals from several trusted suppliers before negotiating terms to obtain the best deal for the company.
- Reiterate with designers and suppliers for finalization of quantity and quality
- Establish delivery terms, time and stages of inspection for the supply with Project Management Team
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- 4–8years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or a related field.
- Knowledge of ERP systems (Odoo preferred).
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to work in a team environment.
