Logistics Specialist At Rameda

Job Description

• Handling all shipping procedures starting from selecting the transportation company, Clearance Company, booking, clearance…etc.

• Analyze & define complete logistics flows, final destination, shipping constraints, packaging, payments & incoterms taking into account our priorities

• Revising and preparing all shipping documents taking into consideration countries regulations and EDA/MOH requirements

• Applying on EDA/MOH Website to get daily approvals and VAT Exemption lists

• Analyze all aspects of corporate logistics to determine the most cost-effective or efficient means of transporting products or supplies

• Coordinating with Purchasing dept to ensure that goods are available on time

• Collaborate with other departments and sending weekly reports to integrate logistics with business systems or processes, such as accounting & Purchasing dept

• Excellent knowledge with NAFZA (The single window for foreign trade Portal Management for Egyptian Customs Authority ECA), issuing ACID and coding on Electronic invoice

• Handling all related functions (Financially and submitting docs) in EDA/MOH

Job Requirements

B.Sc. in Business Administration, Logistics or Supply Chain

Exp 1- 5 years

• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and standard logistics software is preferable

• Good knowledge of shipping, incoterms and distribution channels.

• Excellent knowledge with NAFZA ( The single window for foreign trade Portal Management for Egyptian Customs Authority ECA )

·         Proven working experience in Logistics (Pharmaceutical Co. is a must)
