Main job purpose:
- Drive data-informed pricing strategies that optimize revenue, margins, and customer conversion by leveraging analytics, market intelligence, and cross-functional collaboration and focuses on translating complex data into actionable insights, monitoring pricing performance through robust reporting, and continuously refining pricing models to enhance both business outcomes and customer experience.
Job responsibilities:
- Analyze pricing and operational data to identify revenue growth opportunities, cost efficiencies, and performance improvement areas.
- Develop dashboards and reports to monitor pricing performance, business trends, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Evaluate pricing and process changes by measuring impact on sales, profitability, and customer behavior, with clear recommendations.
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to benchmark pricing strategies and support informed business decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Finance, Logistics, and Data to align pricing initiatives with business goals.
- Recommend effective pricing models that improve margins, conversion rates, and overall customer experience.
- Support forecasting and planning through analysis of demand trends, sales volume, and price sensitivity.
- Present data-driven insights in meetings and planning sessions to support strategic decisions and continuous improvement.
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Data Analytics, Economics, or a related field.
- MBA or Postgraduate diploma is a plus Experience
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in pricing, commercial analysis, strategy, or performance roles
- Experience in financial services, fintech, banking, or telecom is a plus
