𝗝𝗼𝗯 𝗧𝗶𝘁𝗹𝗲: Planning Specialist

𝗝𝗼𝗯 𝗦𝘂𝗺𝗺𝗮𝗿𝘆: The Planning Specialist supports all hospital departments by ensuring the availability of required supplies and operational needs across different functions. The role includes demand forecasting, inventory optimization, and cross-functional coordination to support smooth operations.

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:
• Monitor inventory levels and stock availability to ensure uninterrupted operations.
• Analyze consumption trends to support accurate demand forecasting and inventory planning.
• Reduce inventory waste, including expiry and dead stock, through effective inventory control practices.
• Oversee replenishment activities and maintain optimal inventory levels to avoid shortages or overstock.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure timely availability of medical supplies and equipment.
• Prepare inventory reports and support continuous improvement initiatives within supply chain operations.

𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:
· Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy
· 1 year of experience in a similar role (hospital background preferred)
· Proficiency in Arabic and English
· Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office
