Foreign Purchasing Specialist in Riser Systems is one of the sister companies for MCV,

Job Description:
▪ Handle planned orders, create requisitions for purchased items, and manage approval process through SAP.
▪ Identify and list down recommended / approved international suppliers based on the following: price, quality, selection, service, support, availability, reliability, production and distribution capabilities, and the supplier’s reputation and history.
▪ Issue purchase orders as requested ensuring speed time delivery of the required quantities.
▪ Negotiate contracts, agreements and pricing with suppliers.
▪ Prepare price comparisons to ensure compliance with the agreed upon contract price.
▪ Ensure that all orders adhere to supplier agreements and contracts.
▪ Build relationships with suppliers.
▪ Track orders, confirm delivery dates and costs on SAP
▪ Monitor shipments to ensure that goods come in on time, and in case of problems trace shipments and follow up undelivered goods.
▪ Trace and control costs of purchase materials and ensure achievement of all targets.
▪ Receive invoices from suppliers and verify them against PO and delivery receipts.
▪ Ensure PO banking documents are received correctly.
▪ Provide custom clearance department with all shipment documents to follow up the release.
Qualifications:
· BSC from any discipline.
· 3-5 years of experience in Foreign Purchasing is a must.
. Very Good Nafeza User.
· Very Good English Level.
· Very Good ERP Systems skills (SAP, ……etc).
. Very Good Microsoft office User (Excel, Word, …etc).
