Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, schedules, and milestones.
• Perform critical path analysis and monitor project progress against baseline schedules.
• Coordinate resource allocation, including manpower, materials, equipment, and subcontractors.
• Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful delivery.
• Support budget preparation, cost forecasting, and project cost control initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, HSE requirements, and regulatory obligations.
• Prepare progress reports, dashboards, and project performance updates for stakeholders.
• Drive process improvements and planning best practices across projects.
• Collaborate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to achieve project objectives.
• Lead and mentor planning teams while fostering a high-performance culture.
Requirements
✔ Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
✔ Strong experience in project planning and controls within construction, infrastructure, or EPC projects.
✔ Advanced knowledge of project scheduling, critical path analysis, and resource planning.
✔ Proficiency in planning software such as Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.
✔ Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
✔ ERP knowledge with SAP experience preferred.
✔ Excellent communication and leadership capabilities.
