Al Doha Foods is hiring the following position: Job Title: Planning Engineer Section Head Location: 10th Of Ramadan
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement production planning schedules to meet customer demand and business targets.
Coordinate with production, procurement, warehouse, and sales teams to ensure smooth workflow and alignment of operations.
Monitor raw material availability and inventory levels to support continuous FMCG manufacturing operations.
Track production progress and adjust schedules to minimize delays and maximize machine and workforce utilization.
Analyze production capacity and forecast demand to support efficient resource allocation and production efficiency.
Prepare planning and performance reports to support management decision-making.
Identify opportunities to improve planning processes, reduce waste, and optimize supply chain performance. Lead and guide the planning team to ensure
accurate scheduling and effective communication with all departments.

Experience: 5-10 years of experience in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.
Career Level: Proven experience in a Managerial role. Skills: Demonstrated expertise in Planning, Supply Chain Management, Logistics Management, Inventory Control, Demand Forecasting, and Budget Management.
Leadership: Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
