### Role Summary :

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Export Manager to lead our global expansion strategy.

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new market opportunities, managing international distribution networks, and ensuring the seamless delivery of our products across borders. ### Key Responsibilities :

* Market Expansion: Develop and execute strategic plans to penetrate new international markets and increase global market share.

* Distributor Management: Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing network of international agents and distributors.

* Sales Growth: Achieve and exceed annual export sales targets and KPIs.

* Logistics & Compliance: Oversee the end-to-end export process, ensuring full compliance with Incoterms, customs regulations, and international shipping laws.

* Contract Negotiation: Negotiate pricing, credit terms, and distribution agreements to maximize profitability.

* Market Intelligence: Conduct deep-dive research on global market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes.

* Global Presence: Represent the company at international trade fairs, exhibitions, and business forums.

### Requirements & Qualifications:

* Education: Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field (MBA is a plus).

* Experience: Minimum of [5-10] years in export management, with a strong portfolio of successful international market entries.

* Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of export documentation (L/Cs, COO, Bill of Lading) and global logistics.

* Languages: Fluency in English (written and verbal) is mandatory.

* Communication: Exceptional negotiation and cross-cultural communication skills.
