Monark is seeking a highly qualified Warehouse Manager to join our team and oversee the continuous flow of heavy machinery and essential materials in the mining sector.
We are looking for a professional who doesn’t just manage inventory, but drives operational excellence and ensures zero downtime.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Strategic Inventory Management: Oversee the full lifecycle of heavy mining equipment and consumables.
✅ Operational Excellence: Implement advanced inventory control systems with 100% accuracy.
✅ Compliance & Safety: Enforce strict HSE standards across all storage facilities.
✅ Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a large team of storekeepers to achieve operational KPIs.
✅ Audit & Reporting: Lead physical audits and provide data-driven reports to senior management.
Requirements:
• Experience: Minimum of 10 years in warehouse management (Mining, Oil & Gas, or Heavy Construction preferred).
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or Business Administration.
• Technical Expertise: High proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or Odoo) and advanced Excel.
• Language: Excellent command of both English and Arabic.
• Skills: Strong analytical thinking, crisis management, and ability to work in demanding site environments.
