Role Description
• Activate insurance policies by coordinating with clients from initial follow-up to final delivery of documents.
• Review insurance documents and handle renewals to ensure compliance and timely updates.
• Notify clients one month before policy expiration to prompt renewal.
• Prepare supply orders for insurance &Vendor-related documents.
• Prepare & upload contract on Financial Regulatory Authority (FRA).
• Prepare I-Score report. • Deliver cheques and renewal letters for vehicles and licenses to agents from multiple insurance companies.
• Submit contracts to the Legal department and create Hard & Soft archives of all insured vehicle documentation.
• Draft memos for all new insurance contracts to inform relevant internal stakeholders.
• Conduct 1–2 annual client visits.
• Received cheques from clients and drafted internal memos for the treasury department.
• Conduct all contract clauses to ensure accuracy and company adherence and legal standards.
• Maintain the follow-up sheet to monitor license status and insurance progression for all clients.
• Receive and process letters of validity and payment from insurance providers.
• Track insurance and policy deadlines to ensure timely renewals and proactive client management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or any equivalent field.
- From 1 – 3 years of Experience.
- MS Office: Very Good (Word – Excel – PowerPoint).
- Very Good English Language.
