Egyptian Engineering Agencies — one of Egypt’s most established Engineering solution companies with over 85 years of experience — is expanding its logistics department and looking for 2 Logistics Coordinators to join our growing team.
🔧 About the Role
You will work directly under our Logistics & Shipping Manager, supporting the end-to-end movement of industrial machinery and spare parts across international markets. This is a hands-on coordination role in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
📋 What You’ll Be Doing
• Tracking and following up on international shipments across multiple origin countries
• Managing shipping documentation (packing lists, bills of lading, certificates of origin, etc.)
• Coordinating with suppliers and freight agents on shipment readiness and booking
• Handling air freight and spare parts shipments independently
• Updating internal teams on shipment status and expected delivery timelines
• Supporting customs clearance preparation and handover to our clearance team
✅ What We’re Looking For
• 1–3 years of experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain
• Solid understanding of international shipping and import/export documentation
• Strong follow-up skills and attention to detail
• Ability to handle multiple shipments simultaneously without dropping the ball
• Good English communication skills (written and spoken)
• Proficiency in MS Office; ERP experience is a plus
