Job Description
- Receive & follow up on the execution of customers’ orders received from CRM on a daily basis.
- Check the orders compatibility (trucks availability, cash flow, pricing) in coordination with fleet & finance departments.
- Assign job orders to branch supervisors & follow up according to order requirements.
- Following up & monitoring the status of operation workflow.
- Handling & follow-up issues related to operation workflow (cash availability, equipment availability, truck availability…).
- Communicate with the CRM team to handle any pending issues.
- Handling disputes with customers if needed.
- Ensure the delivery updates of operation status on time from branches (every 4 hrs).
- Responsible for operation cost calculations & updates on a weekly basis.
- Following up with fleet department accuracy of received job orders data.
- Follow up & ensure the updating of the system from branches
- Ensure delivering the delay cost from branches operation team to fleet team within 24 hours from closing booking.
- Following up with a financial operation specialist on the status of funds.
- Prepare reports for all shipment details & updates on a daily/monthly basis.
