A leading company is looking for an experienced Logistics Operations Manager to lead logistics and export operations, ensuring operational excellence, cost optimization, and on-time shipment execution.

You will take full ownership of logistics and export operations—from planning to final shipment—ensuring seamless execution, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency while optimizing costs.

💼 Key Responsibilities
– Lead and oversee end-to-end logistics and export operations.
– Coordinate daily activities across Planning, Production, Warehouse, and Logistics teams.
– Ensure timely shipment execution and efficient loading plans.
– Build strong relationships with shipping lines, customs brokers, trucking companies, and logistics partners.
– Monitor shipment progress and ensure all operational milestones are achieved.
– Optimize logistics costs while minimizing storage, detention, and demurrage charges.
– Prepare operational reports and KPIs for management.
– Lead, coach, and develop the operations team to achieve outstanding performance.
– Drive continuous improvement initiatives across logistics operations.

✅ Requirements
– Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
– 5–8 years of experience in logistics, export operations, or supply chain management.
– Strong leadership and people management skills.
– Excellent analytical, planning, and problem-solving abilities.
– Strong communication and negotiation skills.
– Good command of English.
– Experience with ERP systems is an advantage.
