Main Job Description :
* As our Head of SCM, you will be responsible for leading and optimizing:

– Distribution Centers (DCs) & Warehouse Operations
– Logistics Management
– Fleet Operations & Performance
– Inventory Control & Stock Accuracy
– Receiving, Dispatch & Distribution
– Warehouse Planning, Layout & Storage Optimization
– Inspection & Quality Control
– Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Barcode & Process Improvement
– Supply Chain Planning & Operational Excellence


Job Specifications:
– 15+ years of progressive Supply Chain Strategic experience, with leadership experience in Retail, FMCG, or Distribution.
– Strong expertise in warehouse restructuring, DC management, logistics, fleet operations, and inventory management.
– Proven leadership, analytical, and strategic planning skills.
– Experience with ERP/WMS systems and continuous improvement initiatives.
– Giza / October Resident (Egypt)
