ā° Working Hours: 9 AM – 5 PM

šŸ”¹ Key Responsibilities:
• Onboarding and training new customers
• Coordinating training sessions for schools and admins
• Managing customer relationships and ensuring satisfaction
• Monitoring customer health, usage, and adoption
• Preparing reports and tracking KPIs
• Collaborating with Product & Support teams
• Identifying upsell and expansion opportunities
šŸ”¹ Requirements:
• 1–3 years of experience in a customer-facing role (preferably SaaS)
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Data-driven mindset and ability to track KPIs
• Organized and process-oriented
