Reap Holding Group is looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Inventory & Supply Planning Coordinator to join our team and support efficient inventory management and supply chain operations.
Job Purpose:
To support inventory control and supply planning activities by ensuring inventory accuracy, coordinating stock movement, maintaining system records, and supporting smooth daily supply chain operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain and update inventory records and stock transactions accurately within the system
• Monitor stock levels and material availability to ensure operational continuity
• Coordinate with warehouse and operational teams regarding material requests and stock movements
• Prepare inventory, consumption, and stock movement reports for operational review
• Follow up on pending materials, shortages, and replenishment requirements
• Assist in conducting inventory counts and reconciliation activities
• Ensure proper documentation and accurate ERP/system data entry
• Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams regarding incoming materials and deliveries
• Support inventory planning activities and operational data analysis
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field
Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Basic understanding of inventory and warehouse operations
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to work effectively under pressure with high attention to detail
