We’re looking for a detail-oriented and organized Inventory Management & Stock Control Specialist to support our operations by ensuring accurate inventory records, efficient stock control, and smooth inventory movement across our business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate stock records.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and reconciliations across warehouses and retail branches.
- Perform periodic branch inventory audits to ensure stock accuracy and compliance with company standards.
- Track inventory movements, transfers, and adjustments.
- Coordinate with the warehouse, retail branches, and other departments to resolve inventory discrepancies.
- Prepare inventory reports, analyze stock variances, and recommend corrective actions.
- Support stock planning to minimize shortages and overstock situations.
- Ensure compliance with inventory control procedures and company policies.
Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, Commerce, or a related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in Inventory Management, Stock Control, Warehouse Operations, or a similar role.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Good knowledge of inventory management principles and stock control processes.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Experience with ERP systems is a plus.
