Senior Data Analyst (Healthcare Background)

We are looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented Senior Data Analyst with a strong background in the healthcare or medical industry to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transforming complex healthcare data into actionable insights that support strategic decision-making and improve business performance.

Key Responsibilities :

• Analyze, clean, and interpret large healthcare and medical datasets.
• Develop interactive dashboards and reports using Excel & Power PI .
• Create predictive models to identify trends and support business decisions.
• Gather data from various sources, including databases, spreadsheets, and external sources
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business and reporting requirements.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with healthcare data standards.
• Present analytical findings and recommendations to management and
  stakeholders.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide recommendations for optimization
• Worked with Microsoft CRM to record, update, and manage data entries, ensuring accuracy and consistency across systems .

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree in any field .
• Minimum 2 years of experience analyzing healthcare, clinical, or medical data.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel.
• Strong experience with Power BI or Tableau.
• Knowledge of medical terminology, and healthcare data standards is preferred.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
