Production Planning & Follow-up Specialist At ARTEX

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Production Planning & Follow-up Specialist to join our garment manufacturing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning production, monitoring order progress, coordinating with all production departments, and ensuring on-time delivery while maintaining efficiency and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
*Prepare and update production plans according to customer orders and delivery schedules.
*Monitor daily production status from cutting to packing and shipment.
*Coordinate with Cutting, Sewing, Printing, Embroidery, Washing, Finishing, Packing, and *Quality departments to ensure smooth production flow.
*Follow up with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure materials and production are on schedule.
*Identify production bottlenecks and work with relevant departments to implement corrective actions.
*Monitor production capacity and optimize factory utilization.
*Track order progress and ensure all milestones are achieved according to the production plan.
*Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production reports.
*Coordinate with Merchandising, Purchasing, Warehouse, and Logistics teams to ensure on-time deliveries.
*Ensure customer delivery dates are met and communicate any potential delays promptly.

Qualifications;
*Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Textile Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
*Minimum 2 years of experience in Production Planning within the garment or textile manufacturing industry.
*Strong knowledge of garment production processes.
*Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office applications.
*Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills.
*Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
*Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
*Good command of English, both written and spoken.
