| Key Duties & Responsibilities | |
| Track and monitor all company vehicle maintenance activities according to manufacturer guidelines and maintenance records to prevent breakdowns, ensure passengers’ safety, and keep the fleet reliably available for daily operations. | |
| Coordinate with external vendors and internal drivers and Company vehicles beneficiaries to schedule routine inspections and repairs, ensuring minimal disruption to daily business operations while maintaining clear communication channels for timely vehicle turnaround. | |
| Maintain and update maintenance logs and service records to provide accurate historical data for each vehicle, support warranty claims, and enable data-driven decisions regarding fleet replacements or repairs. | |
| Schedule periodic inspections and preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and extend vehicle lifespan. | |
