What You’ll Be Doing: Your Mission, Should You Choose to Accept It!
- Masterful Coordination: Oversee and manage the entire export process from order placement to final delivery, ensuring compliance with all international trade regulations.
- Documentation Dynamo: Prepare and meticulously review all necessary export documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, and bills of lading.
- Logistics Liaison: Collaborate closely with freight forwarders, carriers, customs brokers, and internal teams to optimize shipping routes and schedules.
- Problem-Solver Extraordinaire: Proactively identify and resolve any shipping discrepancies, delays, or issues to maintain efficient operations and customer satisfaction.
- Relationship Builder: Cultivate strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and service providers, ensuring clear communication and exceptional service.
- Compliance Champion: Stay up-to-date with international export laws, customs regulations, and trade agreements to ensure all operations are fully compliant.
Skills & Technologies You’ll Master:
You’ll be leveraging your expertise in Export procedures, Logistics coordination, Shipping documentation, and Supply Chain methodologies. Familiarity with Customs Regulations, Incoterms, and freight forwarding software will be key to your success. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, is essential for reporting and data management.
