Role summary
The Supply & Demand Planning Executive at ATG will support the planning function across the ATG
group, working closely with commercial and operations teams to align supply with demand and
maintain stock health. This role is analytical and execution-oriented, responsible for producing timely
reporting, tracking sales and inventory performance, and flagging gaps before they become problems.
The right candidate will serve as a reliable analytical bridge between the supply chain and commercial
teams, helping the business make faster and better-informed decisions.
Key responsibilities

  • Support the S&OP process through data analysis, reporting, and actionable insights across the
    group.
  • Monitor daily stock levels and work with the on-ground team to address slow-moving or non
    moving sizes, flagging and recommending adjustments against targets.
  • Produce and maintain regular reporting cadences covering sales performance, stock levels and
    aging, sell-in vs. sell-out, target vs. budget variance, new size introductions, and order file
    analysis.
  • Analyze order files and provide structured insights to support procurement and replenishment
    decisions.
  • Track new SKU introductions and monitor early performance against plan.
  • Coordinate with commercial and warehouse teams to ensure stock availability aligns with sales
    priorities.
  • Identify and escalate supply or demand imbalances with supporting data and a recommended
    action.
    Required qualifications and experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.
  • 0–2 years of experience in supply chain planning, demand planning, or a related analytical role;
    fresh graduates with a relevant internship are encouraged to apply.
  • Proficiency in Excel; experience with ERP or planning tools is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with large datasets and produce clean, structured
    reports.
  • Good communicator in both Arabic and English, written and verbal.
