We’re Hiring: CRM Application Support Specialist
We’re looking for a CRM Application Support Specialist to join one of our prestigious banking sector clients in Cairo, Egypt.
Key Requirements:
• 1–3 years of experience in application support, preferably with Microsoft Dynamics CRM / Dynamics 365.
• Hands-on experience in configuring and customizing Dynamics 365 (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing).
• Good knowledge of Active Directory, Microsoft 365 Admin Center, and Azure.
