Role Description:
- Manage procurement processes for construction materials and subcontractors
- Prepare and analyze technical and commercial comparisons
- Coordinate with technical office and site teams to ensure project requirements
- Source and evaluate suppliers and subcontractors
- Negotiate prices, terms, and contracts to achieve cost efficiency
- Follow up on purchase orders and ensure timely delivery
- Handle procurement for civil and architectural works in contracting projects
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering.
- Graduate of a governmental (public) university is preferred
- 5–7 years of experience in procurement within construction/contracting companies
- Strong knowledge of local market suppliers and subcontractors
- Good negotiation and communication skills
- Experience in preparing BOQs and comparison sheets
- Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel)
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
