Key Requirements:
Good knowledge of B/L, AWB, Booking, ETD/ETA, Incoterms & customs clearance.
Experience in preparing and checking shipping & customs documents.
Knowledge of ACID/MTS, VIN lists, containers, and shipment details.
Follow up with customs brokers, shipping lines & Finance.
Good Microsoft Excel skills.
Ensure all shipping documents are accurate and completed on time.
