🔹 Job Description
-Manage and oversee the end-to-end supply chain operations.
-Develop and implement effective supply chain strategies and processes.
-Manage procurement, sourcing, inventory, logistics, and supplier relationships.
-Identify and evaluate suppliers and negotiate prices, terms, and contracts.
-Ensure the availability of materials and products while maintaining optimal inventory levels.
-Monitor supply chain performance, costs, quality, and delivery timelines.
-Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
-Identify supply chain risks and develop appropriate mitigation plans.
-Prepare and analyze supply chain reports, KPIs, and performance indicators.
-Lead and develop the supply chain team to achieve operational targets.
🔹 #Requirements
-Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
-7+ years of experience in supply chain management, procurement, logistics, or a related field.
-Proven experience in managing suppliers and negotiating commercial terms.
-Strong knowledge of procurement, inventory management, logistics, and supply chain processes.
-Strong analytical, negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
-Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
-Very good command of English.
-Experience with ERP systems and supply chain management tools is preferred.
