Key Responsibilities:

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in commercial operations or related roles in a fast-paced environment
- Proven track record of driving process improvements and operational efficiency
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with various teams
- Proficiency in project management and operations tools
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage multiple projects
