Purchasing Manager – Warehouse Manager

A leading services company is expanding its operations and seeking highly qualified professionals to join our team:
1. *Purchasing Manager*
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead sourcing and procurement of heavy truck & equipment spare parts locally and internationally.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and payment terms with suppliers and manufacturers.
• Develop supplier evaluation system and maintain strategic partnerships.
• Control procurement budget and ensure cost efficiency without compromising quality.
• Coordinate with technical and warehouse teams to forecast demand.
Requirements:
• 8+years of experience in purchasing, with minimum 5 years in heavy vehicles spare parts
• Strong network of local and international suppliers for trucks, buses, and construction equipment
• Proven negotiation and contract management skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field

2 *. Warehouse Manager – Heavy Vehicles Spare Parts*

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage all warehouse operations including receiving, storage, inventory, and dispatch
• Implement inventory control systems to minimize stockouts and overstocking
• Ensure proper handling and storage of heavy/bulky spare parts
• Lead cycle counts and annual stocktaking.
• Supervise warehouse team and ensure HSE compliance
Requirements:
• 8+ years of warehouse management experience, with minimum 5 years in automotive/heavy equipment spare parts
• Hands-on experience with ERP system like Odoo.
• Strong knowledge of parts coding, bin location, and slow-moving stock management
• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business, or related field challenge,
