Experience Required: Minimum 15 years
Qualifications & Experience:

Extensive experience in contracting companies.
Proven experience in infrastructure projects (roads, water, sewage, treatment plants).
Strong knowledge of procurement processes, vendor management, and contract negotiation.

Job Description:

Lead and manage the procurement department, ensuring timely and cost-effective acquisition of materials, equipment, and services.
Develop and implement procurement strategies in alignment with project goals and budgets.
Negotiate contracts with suppliers and subcontractors to secure favorable terms.
Evaluate supplier performance and maintain strong vendor relationships.
Coordinate with project managers and engineering teams to ensure material availability aligns with project schedules.
Monitor procurement budgets, track expenditures, and prepare reports for senior management.
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
Implement risk management practices to prevent delays and ensure project continuity.
Mentor and supervise procurement staff, promoting professional development and efficiency.
Continuously improve procurement processes and implement best practices to optimize cost, quality, and delivery timelines.
