Job Summary:
We are seeking a competent and detail-oriented Facility Specialist to support the safe and efficient operation and maintenance of onshore oil and gas facilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, with at least three years of experience in facility operations and a university degree from an accredited collage . This role is critical to ensuring facility reliability, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day operations and maintenance of land-based oil and gas facilities.
Manage Monthly invoices “e.g., electricity, water, leases”
Managing cleaning and maintenance team
Managing other facility tasks as” e.g., fire alarm, waste management, copiers”
Monitor the monthly spend for “e.g., grocery, A4, detergents”
Supporting all remote location in facility task
Conduct regular inspections and implement preventive maintenance to ensure optimal equipment performance and minimize downtime.
Monitor and maintain facility systems including mechanical, electrical, civil, and utility infrastructure.
Coordinate and support facility modifications, expansions, and upgrade projects.
Ensure full compliance with company policies, safety standards, and environmental regulations.
Maintain accurate records and reports related to maintenance, inspections, and facility performance.
Collaborate with engineering, HSE, and operations teams to drive continuous improvement.
Provide technical support in troubleshooting and resolving facility-related issues.
Participate in audits, safety drills, and risk assessments as required.

Qualifications and Skills:
University degree from an accredited collage.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in facility operations or maintenance within the oil and gas industry.
Strong understanding of facility systems, operations, and maintenance practices.
Knowledge of industry regulations and safety/environmental standards (e.g., OSHA, API, ISO).
Proficiency in English (spoken and written) is mandatory.
Strong computer skills are required, including MS Office and facility management software.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with minimal supervision.

Preferred Qualifications:
Certification in facility management, maintenance, or safety (e.g., CFM, PMP,)
Familiarity with CMMS systems (e.g., SAP, Maximo)
