Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Procurement Engineer based in El Obour. The Procurement Engineer will coordinate procurement activities, evaluate suppliers, manage purchase orders, and handle request-for-quotation (RFQ) processes. The role also involves conducting data analysis to optimize sourcing strategies while collaborating effectively with suppliers and internal teams. The ultimate goal is to ensure cost-effective procurement of materials while maintaining excellent communication and quality standards. Qualifications
- Experience in Supplier Evaluation and managing Request for Quotations (RFQs)
- Proficiency in creating and managing Purchase Orders with attention to detail
- Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate and compare supplier proposals
- Excellent Communication skills for effective collaboration with vendors and internal teams
- Proficiency in procurement software and supply chain management systems is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field
- Experience in manufacturing or a similar industry preferred
- Fluency in English; additional language skills are an advantage
