Key Roles:
- Ensuring the implementation of policies and procedures that are related to contracts
- Study and review all types of contracts.
- Review all contract requisition forms.
- Review all documents in accordance with the purchase process.
- Review all signed contracts and take actions for renewal, send all renewal memos to the concerned departments and to do the necessary follow ups.
- database entry for all agreements, renewals, MOUs, NDAs and addendums.
- Assist in the contract’s validation process internally.
- Monitor the contracts system.
- Assist in preparing the contracts report on monthly basis.
- Perform any other activities might be requested from Contract Section / Procurement Operations.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business or any related field from a recognized university.
- 2-4 years’ experience in procurement (in contracts section).
- Very good in English.
- Good communication skills and time management.
