Junior/Senior Procurement Engineer At Arabtec

We are seeking qualified Procurement Engineers and officers to join our team across different experience levels.

Open Positions:

-Junior Procurement Engineer
-Procurement Engineer
-Senior Procurement Engineer

Requirements:

-Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a relevant field
2–7 years of experience in construction procurement (depending on level)
Strong knowledge of procurement processes, supplier sourcing, and negotiation
Experience in RFQs, quotation analysis, and purchase order issuance
Familiarity with construction materials, specifications, and market rates
Proficiency in Excel (reporting and cost tracking)
Strong communication and coordination skills

-Key Responsibilities:

Source and evaluate suppliers and subcontractors
Prepare and analyze quotations to ensure best value
Issue purchase orders and follow up on deliveries
Coordinate with technical and site teams on material requirements
Maintain procurement records and cost reports
