Project Engineer At T&S COSMETICS

Qualifications

• Strong Project Management, Project Engineering, and Project Planning skills
• Proficient in Electrical Engineering, with the ability to analyze and solve technical challenges
• Excellent Communication skills for collaboration and stakeholder engagement
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and meet deadlines effectively
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field
• Relevant experience in a similar role and knowledge of the cosmetics or manufacturing industry
• Lead and manage the technical support team responsible for ELV/low current systems.
• Serve as the primary escalation point for advanced technical issues from clients,engineers, and service teams.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve complex system issues on-site or remotely.
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for technical escalations and product support.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, user manuals, and knowledge bases.
• Support pre-sales teams with solution design and technical clarifications when needed.
• Conduct training sessions for internal teams and end-users on system operation and maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with Egyptian codes, standards, and client requirements during support interventions.
• Participate in system commissioning, testing, and handover stages to ensure completeness and operational readiness.
• Monitor support KPIs, generate reports, and continuously improve response processes and service quality.

Qualifications:

• Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or Computer Engineering.

• Experience:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in ELV/low current systems support or integration.

• Technical Knowledge:

In-depth understanding of systems including: CCTV, Access Control, Fire Alarm, BMS, AV, Structured Cabling, Data Networking.

Proficiency in diagnostics tools, configuration software, and system integration.

Familiarity with Egyptian Electrical Code, NTRA regulations, and Civil Defense standards.

Hands-on experience in troubleshooting hardware/software issues and commissioning support.
