Civil Procurement Engineer At LMS


Role Description:

  • Manage procurement processes for construction materials and subcontractors
  • Prepare and analyze technical and commercial comparisons
  • Coordinate with technical office and site teams to ensure project requirements
  • Source and evaluate suppliers and subcontractors
  • Negotiate prices, terms, and contracts to achieve cost efficiency
  • Follow up on purchase orders and ensure timely delivery
  • Handle procurement for civil and architectural works in contracting projects

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering.
  • Graduate of a governmental (public) university is preferred
  • 5–7 years of experience in procurement within construction/contracting companies
  • Strong knowledge of local market suppliers and subcontractors
  • Good negotiation and communication skills
  • Experience in preparing BOQs and comparison sheets
  • Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel)
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
