Internship Overview
The Commercial Operations Intern – COPS Process Automation will support the automation and optimization of end‑to‑end (E2E) Commercial Operations Planning & Support (COPS) processes, with a primary focus on the Order‑to‑Cash (O2C) cycle. The intern will gain hands-on exposure to commercial workflows, data accuracy, and cross‑functional coordination while contributing to process efficiency and continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Support E2E automation initiatives across Commercial Operations (COPS) processes.
- Overlook the End‑to‑End Order‑to‑Cash (O2C) cycle, ensuring:
- Timely and accurate order entry and release
- Accuracy of product information
- Stock availability alignment
- Correct pricing and trade terms
- Assist in monitoring and validating order processing accuracy and operational compliance.
- Support coordination with Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, and Customer Service teams to resolve order-related issues.
- Participate in process mapping and documentation to identify gaps and automation opportunities.
- Support data analysis related to order fulfillment performance and operational KPIs.
- Assist in preparing reports, trackers, and dashboards related to COPS and O2C performance.
- Contribute to continuous improvement projects aimed at increasing efficiency, accuracy, and cycle time reduction.
