Job Title: Senior Electrical Technical Office Engineer

Sector: Low Voltage Switchgear & Control Panels

Location: Alexandria

Experience: 5-10 years in a Technical Office role (Panel Builder background is a must)

Company Profile: A leading company specializing in the design and manufacturing of Low Voltage Electrical Panels is seeking a talented Electrical Technical Office Engineer to join our growing engineering team in Alexandria.

Job Description: We are looking for a detail-oriented engineer to handle the full technical cycle of LV panels, including design, technical study, and tender preparation, ensuring high accuracy and compliance with international standards.

Main Responsibilities:

• Design: Develop power and control secondary schemes for LV panels.
• Tendering: Prepare accurate Technical & Commercial proposals based on client inquiries.
• Documentation: Create detailed Shop Drawings and comprehensive Bills of Materials (BOM).
• Technical Study: Analyze project specifications, BOQs, Single Line Diagrams (SLD), and load schedules.
• Estimation: Perform cost estimation for components (Breakers, Busbars, Enclosures).

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Power Engineering.
• 1–5 years of proven experience in the LV Panel Board manufacturing field.
• Strong knowledge of Classic Control, protection systems, and switchgear components.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Electrical, Microsoft Office, and EPLAN (Preferred).
• Solid familiarity with Schneider Electric products and software (e.g., EcoStruxure Power Build).
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
