Join our growing team and be part of a dynamic operation driving efficient freight movement across Egypt’s railway network.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:
-Manage end-to-end freight operations across the railway network.
-Plan, schedule, and supervise daily shipment movements to ensure on-time delivery.
-Monitor and analyze KPIs (On-time delivery, turnaround time, operational efficiency).
-Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Planning, Logistics, Operations) لضمان كفاءة التشغيل.
-Identify operational gaps and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
-Handle operational challenges and provide quick, effective solutions.
-Prepare and present periodic operational reports to management.
-Track shipments and ensure compliance with operational procedures.
-Manage key client accounts and maintain high customer satisfaction.
-Review and validate quotations to ensure accuracy and alignment with operations.
-Ensure adherence to safety and compliance standards during all operations.
-Follow up on collections and ensure alignment with agreed payment terms.

🔹 Qualifications:
– 0-2 years of experience in operations or logistics.
– Experience in transportation or railway operations is a strong plus.
– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
– Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
