Key Responsibilities
· Lead and manage the local sales strategy for welding machines and workshop tools/equipment.
· Identify sales opportunities, expand the customer base, and strengthen existing customer relationships.
· Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets through effective planning and follow-up.
· Monitor and analyze sales performance that is KPI driven.
· Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance tracking for management.
· Build, coach, and lead the sales team to ensure high performance and proper execution.
· Handle customer inquiries, product demonstrations coordination (as needed), and price negotiations.
· Coordinate with the technical and operations teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.
· Work to define projects, processes, solutions, and systems that help Comex and partners meet their objectives.
Qualifications
· Experience in sales management, preferably in trading/distribution or industrial products.
· Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechatronics, Electrical, Mechanical, Communication, and Petroleum) or a related field.
· From 10-15 previous Sales experience as well as technical experience.
· Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
· Proven ability to work under pressure and consistently meet sales targets.
· Knowledge of sales planning, forecasting, and reporting.
· Ability to communicate in Arabic and English (as needed).
