Job Description
- Ensure the quality of transportation services provided to customers, including driver behavior, appearance, and vehicle condition.
- Monitor and enforce cleanliness, readiness, and safety standards for all vehicles.
- Conduct daily inspections of cars at the garage and airport parking areas.
- Ensure drivers are properly trained, well-presented, and equipped with required safety tools.
- Verify availability and condition of vehicle spare parts to ensure operational readiness.
- Prepare and submit daily quality reports to the Quality Manager.
- Receive vehicles from repair centers and confirm that all previous quality observations have been resolved.
- Coordinate with Maintenance, Cleaning, Traffic, and Quality departments to address issues efficiently.
- Follow up with the car wash and cleaning teams to ensure vehicles meet company standards.
- Be present at the airport daily to ensure a smooth arrival process for customers.
- Identify and resolve any obstacles that may negatively impact customer experience.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Tourism & Hotels, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in quality, transportation, or service operations.
- Strong people management and supervision skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and quick decision-making abilities.
- High attention to detail and quality standards.
- Ability to work under pressure in operational environments.
