The Mandate:
➔ Orchestrate the procurement architecture for a premier FMCG leader, bridging the gap between high-demand consumer needs and high-fidelity corporate supply strategy.
➔ Architect the firm’s roadmap through advanced inventory mastery and lean stock management, ensuring total synchronization across production cycles and organizational growth.
➔ Execute rigorous supplier negotiation and vendor management cycles, maintaining the analytical rigor necessary to drive pricing efficiency and oversee complex lead-time protocols.
➔ Facilitate superior organizational health by monitoring market trends and tracking KPIs, while maintaining the technical integrity of the firm’s ERP systems and total cost of ownership.
The Profile:
➔ Tenure & Sector Mastery: Minimum 3+ years of robust experience in Purchasing; a foundational and mandatory requirement is deep expertise within the FMCG industry.
➔ Sourcing Agility: Exceptional command of raw materials, packaging, and perishables sourcing; the analytical depth to handle high-volume supply chain analytics efficiently.
➔ Digital Depth: Strong proficiency in ERP systems and data-driven procurement; the tactical depth required for ensuring absolute consistency in stock availability and shelf-readiness.
