We’re Hiring: Junior Export Operations Specialist
Mamiba is currently looking for a Junior Export Operations Specialist to join our team and support our growing export activities across African & European markets.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support the export cycle from order confirmation to delivery
• Assist in preparing export documentation (CI, PL, COO, B/L, EUR.1, ATR…)
• Coordinate shipments (FCL / LCL / Air) with shipping lines & freight forwarders
• Follow up on shipments and customs clearance
• Communicate with overseas distributors & agents
• Support in tracking shipping costs and preparing reports
Requirements:
• 1–2 years of experience in export operations or logistics
• Basic knowledge of Incoterms & export documentation
• Good communication skills and attention to detail
• French is a plus
• Good command of MS Excel
