Manage all transactional process and documents for procurement
A Day in the Life Processing :
- Monitoring timely receipt of blocked and parked invoices in the dashboard & ensuring the resolution of these invoices within the agreed SLA
- Tracking all open items to close the balance Gap between goods receipt and invoice receiving through the GR/IR Report
- PO Creation
Compliance:
- Ensure Quality of data including required delivery date, terms and conditions
- Achieve compliance KPIs targets and measure monthly progress and work on closing the gaps
- Having a close follow up on the PPA KPIs to meet the targets for example(S&IM PO automation – invoices without been parked and blocked)
Stakeholder Management:
- Develop and maintain a strong network with other streams and other NBS streams to promote the End-to End mindset within the team
- Develop customer service mindset to foster good working relationship with procurement team
Knowledge Acquisition:
- Develop a fair understanding of the procurement end-to-end process to understand the impact of all processes on stakeholders
- Participate in all P2P process trainings and Knowledge Transfer sessions
AM I a GOOD FIT?
- Bachelor’s degree Business Administration/Supply Chain/Engineering- Full proficiency -Turkish Speaker
- 0-1 year of experience in relevant field
- Adaptability to change and cope in fast-paced environment
- Ability to strictly meet deadlines, with good planning, and organizational skills
- Action oriented: willing to tackle the unknown and seek out collaboration from co-process owners
