Location: Public Free Zone – Damietta – Egypt.

Industry: Manufacturing (Water Treatment / Filters / RO Systems)

Employment Type: Full-Time

Working Hours & Days: 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM – Saturday to Thursday

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Plant Operations Manager to oversee and align all factory operations. The role is responsible for managing Production and Quality teams, ensuring on-time production, maintaining required quality standards, and guaranteeing the continuous availability of raw materials and supplies to avoid any operational disruptions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee Production Managers and Quality Managers to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Ensure production plans are executed on time and according to targets.
• Guarantee that all products meet required quality standards and specifications.
• Coordinate closely with Supply Chain to ensure availability of raw materials and production supplies.
• Prevent any production delays caused by shortages or operational issues.
• Monitor and improve overall factory performance (efficiency, productivity, waste reduction).
• Establish and track KPIs for production, quality, and operations.
• Resolve cross-departmental issues effectively and in a timely manner.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the factory.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Industrial preferred).
• Minimum 7–10 years of experience in manufacturing, with at least 3–5 years in a managerial role overseeing multiple departments.
• Strong experience in managing Production & Quality functions.
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
