Role Description
Milat Carpet is seeking a Logistics Section Head for a full-time, on-site role located in El Sadat City. The Logistics Section Head will oversee supply chain processes, manage daily operations, coordinate procurement activities, and lead a logistics team. They will work to improve efficiency, resolve issues promptly, maintain relationships with clients and vendors, and ensure smooth delivery of goods to customers while aligning operations with organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Supply Chain Management and Operations Management to ensure the seamless execution of logistics functions.
- Experience in Procurement processes, including sourcing and vendor relationship management.
- Demonstrated ability in Team Leadership to motivate and manage team performance effectively.
- Strong Customer Service skills to address concerns and ensure satisfaction.
- Analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in high-paced environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience in logistics or supply chain roles, ideally within the manufacturing or similar industries.
